Chris Walker
Board Member| DrPH(c)
serves as a Board Member for House of Rebirth and is a public health strategist and community engagement leader with nearly a decade of experience advancing health equity, HIV awareness, behavioral health, and culturally responsive programming. His work focuses on building strong partnerships between communities, healthcare systems, and grassroots organizations to create impactful and sustainable change.
Christopher brings expertise in leadership development, coalition building, public speaking, community outreach, and program strategy while remaining deeply committed to authenticity, empowerment, and improving outcomes for underserved communities.

Justin Gordon
Community Support & Client Services
With more than 20 years of experience in customer and client service management, they bring a strong background in community support, leadership, and professional development across multiple workforce industries, including HIV/AIDS social and medical services.
Known for being detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven, they are recognized for their professionalism, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence. Their passion for training, mentorship, and helping others navigate systems has made them a valuable resource within both workplace and community settings.
Through their work and lived experience, they continue contributing to environments centered on growth, empowerment, and quality care for the communities they serve.

Twan McGary
Community Engagement & Transmasculine Advocacy Partner
Twan McGary is a passionate Black transman, community advocate, and founder of the Trust the Process Project. With years of experience in peer support, case management, and trans-focused community engagement, he is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for transmasculine individuals.
Through his work, Twan focuses on stigma reduction, healthcare navigation, leadership development, and empowering individuals to successfully navigate social and support systems. As a respected emerging leader, he continues to amplify the visibility, healing, and liberation of Black trans men while helping build stronger pathways for long-term community impact.

Donnia Chapman
Community Mentor & Resource Partner
With decades of lived experience, leadership, and service, Donnia has dedicated much of her life to uplifting and supporting others within the community. She previously served as Director of Rahab at The Potter’s House for 12 years and was the first trans woman to graduate with honors from Women to Women Ministries.
Donnia also spent 24 years as a Master Stylist with Regis Corporation, empowering individuals through beauty, confidence, and connection. Today, she continues pouring into the community while helping raise her third generation with love, wisdom, and care.

Derek Baugh
Board Member | Strategy & Accountability
Derek Baugh is an Atlanta-based advocate focused on the transgender community and individuals impacted by HIV. As a Board Member of House of Rebirth, he brings leadership and accountability while working to increase visibility and access for Black trans men. He also serves as Executive Director of Ubuntu Incorporated and Director of Programs for Game Changing Men.
